SparkloreForge · Open Source

A creative ecosystem
for the long work.

The Knowledge Base that turns raw ideas into connected worlds. Built for writers, world builders, parents, and educators — anyone who builds imagined universes and wants AI that actually knows their world.

The Foundation

Knowledge is relational,
not a filing cabinet.

Most tools store information in folders — searched by keyword, organized by date. A fictional world is not a collection of facts. It is a web of relationships. The dragon means nothing without scales, fire, myth, and fear. The king means nothing without a kingdom, a succession, and a threat.

How It Works

Everything connected.
Nothing in isolation.

SparkloreForge stores everything as a graph — nodes connected by typed edges. Real-world research sits alongside invented history. A historical Chinese ritual connects to a fictional magic system. A character's ideology links to the faction she leads. The meaning is in the connections.

Unified Graph

Five Core Capabilities

The engine beneath
every creative world.

01

Knowledge Base

The living graph at the center of everything. Characters, locations, lore rules, ideologies, historical events — all connected. The system knows the difference between a verified fact, an AI suggestion, and confirmed canon.

02

Knowledge Distillation

Raw notes, captured ideas, written scenes → structured knowledge nodes. The AI proposes what each fragment should become and how it connects to what already exists. You review and decide what enters your canon.

03

World Building

Deliberate universe construction with a visual knowledge graph, consistency checker, and version history. Build multiple worlds. Link them to projects. Fork and diverge. The model is inspired by how developers manage code — intentional.

04

Writing with AI

A co-creation experience where the AI has read every lore rule, every character profile, every historical event you defined. Inline completion, on-demand generation, and a quiet consistency checker that surfaces contradictions without interrupting flow.

05

Presentation Layer

A configurable workspace, not a fixed dashboard. Each panel shows a different view of your knowledge. Compose the layout that serves how you work today — brainstorming, drafting, researching, or exploring unexpected connections.

+

Self-reinforcing design

Every interaction teaches the system. Confirmation, correction, and dismissal are equally informative. The more you write, the smarter it gets. The richer the world becomes, the more valuable it is to other creators who build on top of it.

For Parents & Educators

Build immersive worlds.
Create learning quests.

SparkloreForge isn't just for novelists. Parents and teachers use it to craft rich, story-driven learning experiences — entire fictional universes where children explore math, science, history, and language through quests built just for them. The AI helps you build the world, then helps your learners navigate it.

🌍
World Builder

Create immersive story settings with AI assistance. From a medieval kingdom to a space station — the forge provides the scaffolding.

Quest Designer

Turn any subject into a branching quest chain. The AI maps learning objectives to narrative milestones automatically.

Design Philosophy

How SparkloreForge
thinks.

🧠

The system grows smarter, not just bigger

When you write a scene and commit it, the system reads it. It finds the entities, connects them to existing nodes, and surfaces contradictions. When you confirm something was intentional, it remembers. Over time, it learns your creative style and stops flagging choices it knows you make deliberately.

🤲

The AI should be humble

SparkloreForge's AI never tells you that you are wrong. It makes a note. It asks a question at the right moment: "I noticed this — is it intentional?" When you say yes, it becomes a fact the system respects from then on. In creative work, apparent contradictions are often the story.

🏗

Infrastructure, not control

We provide the building blocks — following, visibility, groups, economics. Users compose the structures. A private literary circle with strict rules. An open collaborative world anyone can contribute to. A cross-disciplinary team with formal agreements. All possible with the same infrastructure.

🔓

Open source by design

SparkloreForge is open source. The Knowledge Base format is not proprietary — your worlds are yours, stored in an open standard. The community builds integrations, extensions, and tools on top. We believe the infrastructure for creative world building should belong to creators, not a company.

The Ecosystem

Bigger than
a writing tool.

The Knowledge Base at the center is useful for every creative discipline that builds on a fictional world. SparkloreForge provides the infrastructure for cross-discipline collaboration: shared creative assets, clear contribution agreements, and transparent revenue sharing — all encoded as programmable contracts.

In the current world, these collaborations require lengthy negotiations and informal agreements that are hard to enforce. We replace that friction with shared infrastructure.

The question SparkloreForge is trying to answer: what if the tools and the community had existed from the beginning?
